Foie gras, confits, cooked dishes, duck cuts ... For more than a century, La Conserverie Lascroux has been using its skills and knowledge. Alby foie gras, it's not just foie gras! Thus, in addition to foie gras, all the pieces of meat are available, such as fabulous duck breasts, for example.
Located in the heart of the South West, in the Albi region, we are approved for export throughout the European Union and devote all our activity to the manufacture of high-end products (foie gras, confits, cassoulets ...). Our ducks and geese come from Landais farms, are guaranteed corn fed and are prepared in a traditional manner.
All our products are elaborated on our premises, under careful controls, from cutting to processing, including cooking. For this, we have qualified personnel for each stage of the manufacturing (cutting, processing, packaging, classification of foie gras ...) as well as the necessary tools. In particular, we have an evisceration procedure allowing for very quick jointing for optimum freshness all year round.
Albi foie gras, it's not just foie gras! Contrary to popular belief, our product range is much broader, as we process fattened palmipeds, web-footed birds, in their entirety. Therefore, in addition to foie gras, all the joints are available, such as fabulous duck breast. In addition, this meat comes from south-west fattened ducks, which are much tastier.
Our cannery has been in Albi for 4 generations and has two exhibition rooms where you can find hundreds of gift ideas throughout the year.
