CHAI mon Vigneron
And CHAI my winegrower is a big one!
Known to be one of the oldest vineyards in France (XNUMXth century BC), it is an entire territory which developed around the cultivation of vines and the production of wine. Many architectural elements are there to remind you of this: Saint-Michel de Gaillac Abbey, dovecotes, bastides, vineyard cabins... Constructions which shape landscapes sublimated by the men and women of the vineyard. From hill to valley, on the paths that crisscross this ocean of greenery, you will discover a place imbued with serenity.
The Gaillac vineyard is also 400 winegrowers who work every day to preserve their terroirs. They offer our territory a unique cultural richness, and are the living translation of the conviviality that reigns here. Moreover, it is to celebrate the end of the harvest and the release of the Gaillac Primeur that they are offering you a festive weekend by their side.
