Marathon d'Albi
You will take the pedestrian streets at the foot of Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the Tarn valley and the passage of two tunnels. The route will end with a final lap of the Albi Stadium.
MARATHON Course After a first urban part with passage through the most beautiful districts of Albi without forgetting the Grand Théâtre and its magnificent Sainte-Cécile cathedral, you will leave directly on the historic Marathon course which passes through Saint-Juéry then makes a round trip in the Tarn Valley. Passage on the way there and back in the two tunnels (the first a little over 900 m, the second 350 m). It is a Marathon that has evolved and adapted to the demands of the runners with pacemakers from 3 h to 4 h 30. And finally, to be complete, the difference in altitude is: D+ 38 m, D- 37m, Mini 178, Maxi 184. for the Marathon.
For the SEMI, the circuit is common to the marathon until the half-turn that you find after St Juéry. The route is rolling, without major difficulties except the Renaudié hill at the exit of St Juéry on the return.-.
10KM Two urban loops passing at the foot of the Grand Théâtre and the Sainte Cécile Cathedral before arriving on the Stadium track.
Departures take place on the road in front of the STADIUM and Arrivals take place on the Athletics track at the Albi Stadium.
