The Rigaud family welcomes you to reveal its secrets of cultivation and processing of the olive tree, cultivated since Antiquity. From the tree to the plate, follow the journey of the olive from the olive grove and its twisting trunks, to your table. You will “get your hands dirty” and prepare a “homemade” olive-based product during a workshop full of lessons. To consume without moderation !
