Churros without fuss!

Mix 30 cl of hot water with 250g of flour, 1L of vegetable oil and ½ teaspoon of salt. Pour the mixture into a piping bag to help you drop the "sticks" into the hot oil. Fry until the churros color and you're done!

The waffles

Separate the whites from the yolks of 4 eggs. Mix the yolks with 200g of flour, 1 pinch of salt and 25g of sugar. Add 100g of melted butter and thin out little by little with 30 cl of semi-skimmed milk. Beat the egg whites and fold them into the mixture. Leave to rest for 30 minutes, the time to heat up your waffle maker. Bake your waffles and enjoy them warm.

Bugnes or wonders!

Mix 375g of wheat flour, 40g of caster sugar and a pinch of salt in your bowl. Add 3 eggs and crumble 10g of fresh yeast. Add the 25ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water and rum (optional). Knead and when the dough begins to amalgamate add the butter little by little. Work the dough by hand for a few minutes. The dough should come off on its own. Film the dough on contact and leave to rest for 2 hours. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, with a pastry wheel or a knife and cut out diamond shapes. Make a 2 to 3 cm slit in the center of each diamond. Heat the oil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side then the other. Finally, drain them on absorbent paper, then sprinkle with icing sugar.

The DIY carnival mask!

Take a paper plate, draw the shape of your choice (wolf, butterfly, rabbit and many more!) then cut out. It is easy to decorate the cardboard using markers, pencils, paint, stickers, feathers, pieces of wool, etc. Attach a rubber band or string to each edge and wear the creations proudly!
