Centre culturel Occitan de l'Albigeois
The Albigensian Occitan Cultural Center is the local circle of the Institute of Occitan Studies. He actively participates in the promotion and dissemination of the Occitan language and culture.
The Center Occitan Rochegude is located in the right wing of the Rochegude hotel, in the park of the same name. The Admiral was an ardent promoter of Occitan culture. The COR is both the place of use and acculturation for the Occitan language and culture; its activities are numerous: weekly workshops (language, song, dance, theatre), conferences, exhibitions, events of all kinds, documentation centre.
The Albigeois Occitan Cultural Center contributes at the local level to affirming the place of our Occitan culture within all the cultures of Europe.
It is also a resource center, library, bookstore and has wifi.
