Ecole Européenne de l'Art et des Matières – EEAM
EEAM, created by a group of scientists, craftsmen and visual artists, specializes in teaching rehabilitation techniques and the creation of contemporary wall and floor decorations.
In the heart of the Episcopal City, color also passes through the School of Arts and Materials. This school, unique in France, is located in the old slaughterhouses of the city, historic buildings from 1846 at the foot of the cathedral.
3500m² of workshops and spacious rooms where art, materials and ecology meet. Here we learn to work with plaster, adobe, lime... to restore historic monuments or improve our techniques for the love of the material. Working with color, trompe l'oeil and learning how to design decorations are on the program of professional training or courses open to all.
