Domaine Michel ISSALY, created in 1847, is committed to a production that is very respectful of the environment, ranging from organic to permaculture, including biodynamics, agroforestry and viti-pastoralism.

The 2-hour visit from the beginning of March to the end of October allows you to better understand the interactions between the vine and its companion plants. Visits are on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 15 p.m.
All stages of production will be addressed in order to understand the pathways
and the interests of each approach.
The visit ends with a tasting of the Domaine's wines, all vinified 'naturally' and only with grape varieties endemic to this Gaillac vineyard.
Possibility of walk in the middle of the vineyards (unaccompanied) to reach the highest point of the town of Gaillac, with a view overlooking Gaillac and the Tarnaise plain. A presentation booklet will be given to you when you arrive.
