This recently renovated air-conditioned gîte will seduce you with its assets: on-site garage, heated swimming pool, large enclosed garden, immediate proximity to the historic center and shops. City break Premium Gîtes de France, our house
was part of the 2019 selection of Figaro Magazine.

Cozy decoration, a bit vintage, the accommodation is accessed via an independent staircase. It consists of a large living room of 35m2, an equipped kitchen, two bright and spacious bedrooms (15m2 each) and a bathroom with toilet.

The first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, the second with two 90 cm beds (possibly joined for a 180 x 190 bed). An extra bed (80 x 180 bed) for a 5th person (child up to 9 years old) is available on request.

Access to the terrace, swimming pool and garden is independent. The large heated and salt-treated swimming pool (10×4.5) with children's beach operates from the end of May to September. Relaxation area equipped with a stone barbecue and a lounge. A table on the terrace at the foot of the gîte allows you to take your meals outside.

Bathroom and kitchen linen and sheets are provided. A washing machine and dryer (shared use with the owners) are available for any one-week stay on the ground floor.
No animals or party organization on site.

This cottage is ideally located in the heart of town to allow you a quality culture and relaxation program.
A family suite (2 bedrooms) located on the same floor, in the other wing of the house, can be connected to the gîte and be made available to you simultaneously to accommodate up to 10 people.

From 01 / 01 to 31 / 12.

Departure at 11 p.m.

In addition, tourist tax: €1.96 per adult per night –
Provision of a 5th bed (80X180 bed) for a child up to 9 years old: 15 euros per night or 70 per week
