In 2014, the bakery of Christelle and François bore the colours of the Occitanie region for the grand finale of the best bakery in France. François dazzled the jury with his bubbling creativity during the competition and was a finalist.
François Janin has breathed the air of the bakery from his earliest childhood. As a child, his grandfather treated him to delicious slices of bread which he enjoyed as much cake. It is therefore natural that he did his apprenticeship with the Compagnons du Devoir, which allowed him to then work in the best bakeries.
This artisan baker only works with 2 kinds of flour: a 100% organic French and a wheat crushed in a mill in Sorèze (south of Tarn).
