After a hotel training in Strasbourg, he travels and begins to practice both in Swiss palaces and in cocktail bars in Melbourne, Australia.
Upon his return to France, he joined his talent for mixology at the bar The Forvm in Paris, then was offered a position as the first bartender in the famous Parisian establishment The Bristol. Subsequently, his professional path took him to Montreal where he held the position of Director of Operations at the 4th wall, a Speakeasy cocktail bar, which succeeded in 2017 in ranking in the top 10 best cocktail bars in Americas.
Already winner in 2012 of the competition World Class France, Alexis Taoufiq won the ultimate award in 2015 by becoming one of the youngest MOF of its category.
He now has more than 10 years of experience in bars in England, Switzerland, Australia, France and Montreal!
