Domaine Michel ISSALY, created in 1847, is committed to a production that is very respectful of the environment, ranging from organic to permaculture, including biodynamics, agroforestry and viti-pastoralism.
Guided tours are organized by appointment. The 1h30 visit allows you to better understand the interactions between the vine and its companion plants. All stages of production will be covered in order to understand the paths and interests of each approach.
