La Cave de Técou, founded in 1953, our cellar is in the heart of the Gaillacois vineyard, on the left bank of the Tarn. A pioneer and specialist in aging in barrels, it now has 650 barrels and vinifies the ASTROLABE and PASSION cuvées in particular.
