The Albi Tourist Office welcomes you to the heart of the historic center, opposite the imposing Sainte-Cécile cathedral and a stone's throw from the Toulouse-Lautrec museum.

Further information :
The tourist office does not have accessible toilets.
The closest PRM-accessible toilets are in the cathedral car park (250 m from the tourist office).

An audio tour of the city of Albi in the form of 8 podcasts is available for free download on the website. The brochure with integrated QR codes is also available for self-service at reception.

A reception desk is located close to the entrance.
Walls, doors and floor are in contrasting colors
A vigilance awakening strip is present at the Place Sainte-Cécile exit door with contrasting stair nosings.

Mental handicap

The self-service documentation is presented in a clear manner, classified by theme and geographical sector.
The different categories are identifiable thanks to the text/image association.
A visit support in easy to read and understand is in progress.
