A hearing aid system (magnetic loop) is available and works permanently at the reception of the tourist office.

Visual impairment

A visit guide written in large print is available at the reception of the tourist office and can be lent.

The tourist brochures are presented in a clear way, being associated with pictograms.

An audio tour of the city of Albi in the form of 8 podcasts is available for free download on the website. The brochure with integrated QR codes is also available for self-service at reception.

A reception desk is located directly near the entrance.
Walls, doors and floor are in contrasting colors
A warning strip is present at the exit door at Place Sainte-Cécile with contrasting nosings.

Mental handicap

The self-service documentation is presented in a clear manner, classified by theme and geographical sector.
The different categories are identifiable thanks to the text/image association.
A visit support in easy to read and understand is in progress.
