Winemaker’s morning at Damien Bezio – Winegrower Cooperator at Maison Labastide.
Spend the morning with our cooperator Damien Bezio. Based in the town of Castanet, Damien is strongly committed to preserving biodiversity and its terroir with, in particular, the planting of numerous hedges and the presence of hundreds of wild lime trees around his vines.
– 9 a.m.: Meet at the boutique – Maison Labastide
– 9:30 a.m.: Savory and sweet brunch prepared by our winegrowers (presentation of the farm around pastries, ventrèche, grilled eggs, cold meats, cheeses and, of course, our wines!)
– 10:30 a.m.: Visit to the farm (discover Damien’s profession and know-how through a walk in the heart of his vines
