The 25m2 bedroom has a double exposure, overlooking the garden, the swimming pool and the street. The decoration is elegant and the colors soothing.
The second bedroom of 18m2, with sober colors, takes us thanks to its panoramic view (pines and cypresses) among the large trees of the park.
The breakfasts, made with homemade and regional products, organic for some, are taken on the ground floor in a dedicated room (kitchenette area available) or on the terrace facing the swimming pool.
In the 700m2 wooded garden, you will find a relaxation area equipped with a lounge and the shared swimming pool (10×4.50), heated and treated with salt, with children's beach, available from the end of May to the end of September. A shower and toilets are available nearby.
Fully autonomous (access to the house by digicode, to the car park by remote control) you will feel at home in Agranat where we will make sure to preserve your peace of mind.
++ Please note: possibility of renting a gîte for 4/5 people in the other wing of the house. Located on the same floor, the gîte can be connected with this family suite to accommodate up to 10 people.
The advantage of Agranat: being a small structure (only 2 accommodations and with different accesses and circulation in the house). In fact, there are rarely more than 6-7 people housed at the same time and they can only mix in the garden or around the swimming pool.

“It was through the actions carried out for its UNESCO Heritage classification that we discovered Albi in 2006.
We immediately fell in love with this city and its department. It must be said that a magnificent sunset admired from the Berbie gardens on the other bank had a lot to do with it and this is how after the fifteen or so moves experienced in France and Central Europe, our decision was quickly made. to put our bags here, when the time comes.
All that remained was to find our “favorite” house in the city center and to shape it to our taste while adapting it to today's needs. This was done with this “nugget” from 1760 built for Albigensian notables. After a year and a half of work, we are pleased to welcome you there for a pleasant stay combining discovery on foot of an exceptional heritage, escapades in a magnificent department and relaxation while enjoying the swimming pool and the garden.”
