While following this stream and its tributaries, the walker immerses himself in the medieval history of the Albigensian, goes up the thread of the river, sees a small lock and the seigniorial water mill which was from the XNUMXth century, the one of the main sources of energy. From the edges of the stream to the passages in the undergrowth, the Sentier du Moulin also recalls the local plant diversity.
