Château Balsamine
In 2006, Château Balsamine was born, the fruit of a shared passion between Christelle and Christophe. Visit of the wine estate, tasting and sale of Gaillac wines and Olive Oil.
The first vinification in 2007 was the beginning of a long adventure, recognized today. The estate is on a human scale, made up of 15 hectares of vines and olive trees. It is located on the first slopes of Gaillac.
Christelle and Christophe Merle claim local wines where Terroir, People and Grape Varieties allow them to fully express the typicity and authenticity of their wines.
You can come and visit the estate on opening days and hours, upon simple request for around thirty minutes.
