Domaine Vayssette

Wine estate on the Gaillac hills where the vines are cultivated with respect for the terroir, and labeled HVE (High Environmental Value). Our wines are made with authenticity in mind, under the Independent Winegrowers label.
Family property for 3 generations, the estate covers 29 hectares. Independent winegrower, we work with a concern for authenticity and respect for the environment and our terroir and have been labeled HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2016.
Our wines are made from native Gaillac grape varieties such as Duras, Braucol and Prunelart in red and Loin de l'œil and Mauzac in white.
A fun trail will allow you to discover our vineyard and our work.
Our tasting cellar is open from Monday to Saturday to allow you to come and discover our range of wines.
