Vinovalie – Cave de Técou
The group is better than the best of the group. This key value of rugby is the rule of life for Vinovalie, a union of 4 cellars: the Vignerons de Rabastens and the Cave de Técou (Tarn), the Cave de Fronton (Haute-Garonne) and the Cave des Côtes d'Olt (Lot ).
La Cave de Técou, founded in 1953, our cellar is in the heart of the Gaillacois vineyard, on the left bank of the Tarn.
A pioneer and specialist in aging in barrels, it now has 650 barrels and vinifies the ASTROLABE and PASSION cuvées in particular.
Passionate, we are committed to making you discover our cellar, to share our profession and our know-how.
Awaken your curiosity by coming to discover the diversity of the vineyard and our native Gaillac grape varieties (Braucol, Loin de l'Œil) through a tasting commented by our team. A convivial moment of exchange around grape varieties, aromas and winemaking. It is also an opportunity for you to discover our magnificent barrel cellar.
