At the heart of the Abbey of Saint Michel, a historic building in the Gaillac vineyards, we invite you to spend a unique and convivial moment during our tasting courses.
Learn the basics of oenology thanks to the professionalism of a renowned oenologist!

Francine Calmels, oenologist by profession, will make you discover the Gaillac terroir in a fun and gourmet way. You will learn to develop your perception of aromas and flavors.

On the last Saturdays of the month, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Maison des Vins offers you 2 formulas:
– An introduction to tasting – duration 2 hours – €00/person
– Wine and cheese pairings – duration 2 hours – €00/person
– Introduction to tasting Gaillac wines.

All our courses are by reservation by phone or email.
Possibility of gift vouchers.
The cancellation must take place 48 hours before the date of the course, otherwise the sum cannot be returned to you. For gift vouchers if the cancellation period is exceeded, the voucher will be considered used.

Our courses are suitable for everyone, from beginners to connoisseurs.
