Located in the magnificent setting of the Abbaye Saint Michel (dating from 972), it is the largest showcase of Gaillac wines, with more than 100 wines for sale.
Caroline and Edwige welcome you every day to the cellar, where they will share with you their passion for the Gaillac vineyards. A true showcase, with more than 100 wines presented, this space offers you the opportunity to taste the wide range of Gaillac wines.
Tasting introductions are offered there every month.

We welcome groups of more than 08 people during the cellar's opening hours.
The service for groups consists of an explanation of the Gaillac vineyard and grape varieties with a tasting of 3 wines.
Duration: approximately 45min
