Spectacle O HH O

Fusion and separation, the bodies speak, using all registers for a dance that consumes itself. Between hip hop, contemporary dance, classical and acrobatics, the duo plays with the fusion tension pushed to its peak!

It’s a duo of exhausted players who ape each other, imitate each other, emulate each other, parade around, challenge each other and fight. The choreography borrows the montage effect from cinema. Figures, states of mind and body, a semblance of a story, the possibility of a drama. Far from triumphing over the attributes of virility, they gently divert all gestures in favor of the game that brought them face to face, so that it lasts longer, so that the duo is destroyed through it and can become other. Mehdi Baki and Nicolas Fayol, choreographers and dancers, begin an inspired dialogue of bodies in O HH O, giving a thousand forms to a singular ballet, that of their common history.
