A few steps from Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, come and learn about food and wine pairings applied to cheese and enjoy a moment between epicureans with Anne & Bacchus!
Sommelier and holder of WSET level 4, an internationally recognized certification for her advanced knowledge of wine, Anne Gruau will introduce you to her passion for wines and local products in a friendly atmosphere and in small groups.
This introductory workshop on food & wine pairings is aimed at everyone and will allow you to:
– Discover the great styles of wines and cheeses
– Know the principles of food and wine pairing
– Put into practice pairings with a selection of 5 wines and 5 cheeses
– Enjoy a selection of local products to better understand our Tarn region
Workshop available on several dates throughout the year.
