Acrobat-choreographer Jean-Baptiste André has fun dissecting and bringing to life common expressions that have in common the fact that they include a part of the body. A fun and joyful show that articulates body and language!
Grow visibly, have your heart in your hand, start off on the right foot, end up on your knees, keep your head on your shoulders... There are many expressions in the French language that use the body to express our feelings and our states. . For fun and a taste for the game, Jean-Baptiste André takes them literally. It articulates the body and the verb by physically translating these expressions.
The three acrobat-dancers of this playful fantasy therefore devote themselves just as much to mental gymnastics as to very colorful collective choreographies. These word games with several levels of reading speak just as much to children as to adults. A beautiful mise en abyme, where we say what we do, and where we do what we say!
