Sommelier and holder of WSET level 4, an internationally recognized certification for her advanced knowledge of wine, Anne Gruau will introduce you to her passion for wines and local products in a friendly atmosphere and in small groups.
This introductory workshop on food & wine pairings is aimed at everyone and will allow you to:
– Discover the great styles of wines and cheeses
– Know the principles of food and wine pairing
– Put into practice pairings with a selection of 5 wines and 5 cheeses
