We are approved for European Union exports and devote all our activity to the manufacture of high-end products (foie gras, confits, cassoulets, etc.). Our ducks and geese come from Landes farms, guaranteed corn-fed and prepared according to tradition.
All our products are produced in our premises, and carefully controlled, from cutting to processing, including cooking. For this, we have qualified personnel available for each of the manufacturing stages (cutting, processing, packaging, sorting of foie gras, etc.) as well as the necessary tools and in particular an evisceration line allowing cutting in a very short time. for optimal freshness all year round.
Alby foie gras, it’s not just foie gras! Contrary to popular belief, our product range is much broader, since we treat fatty webfoots in their entirety. So, in addition to foie gras, all cuts of meat are available, such as fabulous duck breasts. Plus, these cuts come from fat ducks from the southwest, which are much tastier.
Our cannery, present in Albi for 4 generations, has two exhibition rooms where you can discover hundreds of gift ideas throughout the year.
