Take advantage of the summer to continue to deepen your Yoga practice with Wednesday morning classes in July and August.

Take part in weekly classes (September to June). We offer classes in different styles of Yoga as well as meditation in the atypical room; round and warm.

Let's organize a duo Yoga class for your events (birthday, brunch with friends, bachelorette party, etc.). Yoga postures are performed in pairs. You will thus strengthen your relationships with friends by offering them a fun, original and regenerating activity for the body!

Because the Alchemy of the Bodies is not only Yoga, we offer you complementary techniques to this practice to improve your well-being. We offer Reiki treatments, Ayurvedic well-being massages and the establishment of the birth repository.
