"I set myself the challenge of living my passion through a chocolate-confectionery that looks like me and that transmits my way of living this profession. Whether it's over the seasons or encounters, each selected raw material brings a little additional grain to the coherence of the project which is to offer a rich range in my opinion. They allow me to work with the raw materials, to know their provenance, their origins, their traceability, but also to enhance a short circuit system at the through my productions.
